Flower Design
The Berks History Center is excited to continue offering our special program, Brunch and Brushes, led by BHC Museum Curator, Amber Vroman. During October and November of 2022, participants will be painting a BRAND NEW design, inspired by the fall season.
Create your own masterpiece while enjoying good conversation and delicious refreshments. This unique event blends history with contemporary art. Participants will receive step-by-step instructions on how to paint a modern version of a traditional PA Dutch flower motif while learning about the history of Pennsylvania German art and its significance to Berks County. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged!
Tickets are $30 for BHC members and $35 for non-members and can be purchased by calling the Berks History Center at 610-375-4375 from Wednesday to Saturday, 9 AM- 3PM. Spaces for this event are limited. Pre-payment is required. Purchase price includes all art supplies and light refreshments.
